Gressoney is situated in the centre of the vast Monterosa Ski area, one of the most modern and well-equipped in the world, with over 120 km of pistes for all levels. From the Gressoney Valley, in fact, you can reach Val d’Ayas (Champoluc, Antagnod and Brusson) and Val Sesia (Alagna) on skis. The total height difference of the entire area ranges from 3,550 metres at Punta Indren to 1,186 metres at Alagna.
La Trinité offers several ski lifts, four of which are located between the town centre and Staffal, allowing the different areas to be reached in a short time. The Gressoney-La Trinitè ski area has 34 km of slopes: 22 slopes of which 2 blue, 17 red and 3 black. Lift facilities: 2 cable cars, 2 gondolas, 4 chairlifts, 3 magic carpets.
There is also an artificial snow system, a baby snow park for the enjoyment of young and old with two magic carpets, a bouncy castle, foam rubber games, rubber dinghies and snowbikes. Anyone can also enjoy the exceptional views with snowshoes or cross-country skiing, because the mountain is not just about skiing on the slopes.
